The Housing Authority of the City of Cocoa  was established in 1953 with the construction of Barlow Homes and The Peter Young Complex.  In 1961-65 , three (3) additional projects were added; Peachtree Manor and the Pineda Homes/Moore Homes Complex.

Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program:

•     Section 8 housing choice voucher program consists of 149 assisted vouchers for The Housing Authority of the City of Cocoa.
